Surfside 8 Rules
  • There is a maximum occupancy limit in each unit of 6 persons, which includes infants and children.
  • Surfside 8 grounds, parking lot, and rooms are for registered guests and owners only. No guests are allowed between the hours of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Guests MAY be permitted at other times but ONLY with the prior approval of management. Prior approval may be obtained 7 days per week in-season between the approximate hours of 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and in the off-season, only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays between the approximate hours of 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
  • It is against Maryland law for anyone under the age of 21 to possess or consume alcohol.
  • Dangerous or unreasonable consumption of alcohol or the use of illegal drugs is not allowed.
  • Intentional damage to property is not allowed.
  • Unruly behavior is not allowed.
  • Guests must abide by the reasonable requests of Management.
  • Guests must adhere to Ocean City regulations, including Ocean City's Noise Ordinance.
Failure to abide by these rules may result in eviction without refund at management’s discretion, as well as civil and/or criminal proceedings.
Deposit Refund Policy
Deposit refund policy - 45 days notice required for June reservations, 14 days notice required during all other times. There is a $75.00 service charge if you cancel your reservation without making another reservation. There is a 100% rent surcharge ($1,500.00 maximum weekly rent) for group rentals (unrelated persons) during the Peak season (May 1 - September 30). A security deposit may be required.
