| A one-third deposit is required for all reservations - the balance
is due upon arrival. Cash, MasterCard, VISA, and Discover are accepted. The rates quoted
above do NOT include 4.5% County Tax and 6% State Tax. The above rates are applicable for advance
reservations only. The above rates are based on two adults per unit unless otherwise noted.
All reservations are subject to management approval. A two-night minimum stay is required on
weekends during Peak season. Nightly Holiday rates are $10.00 additional. |
