8 Rules |

There is a
maximum occupancy limit in each unit of 6
persons, which includes infants and children.
- Surfside
8 grounds, parking lot, and rooms are for
registered guests and owners only. No guests are
allowed between the hours of 10:00 PM and 9:00
AM. Guests MAY be permitted at other times
but ONLY with the prior approval of management.
Prior approval may be obtained 7 days per week
in-season between the approximate hours of 10:00
AM to 5:00 PM and in the off-season, only on
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays between the
approximate hours of 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
- It is
against Maryland law for anyone under the age of
21 to possess or consume alcohol.
- Dangerous
or unreasonable consumption of alcohol or the
use of illegal drugs is not allowed.
- Intentional
damage to property is not allowed.
- Unruly
behavior is not allowed.
- Guests
must abide by the reasonable requests of
Management.
- Guests
must adhere to Ocean City regulations, including
Ocean City's Noise Ordinance.

| Failure
to abide by these rules may result in eviction
without refund at management’s discretion, as
well as civil and/or criminal proceedings. |
| Deposit
Refund Policy |
| Deposit refund policy -
45 days notice required for
June reservations, 14 days notice required during all other times. There is a
$75.00 service
charge if you cancel your reservation without making another reservation. There is a 100% rent
surcharge ($1,500.00 maximum weekly rent) for group rentals (unrelated persons) during the Peak
season (May 1 - September 30). A security deposit may be required. |
